The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A. (the “Company”) publicly announces that the number of active and paying clients of the LiveChat solution reached 30 thousand on 5th June 2020.
As of the end of the calendar year 2019, the Company had 28,620 paying LiveChat clients. As of the end of the 2019/20 financial year (31 March 2020), the number of clients reached 28.784.
The Company’s products are addressed to business clients via the www.livechat.com, www.chatbot.com, www.helpdesk.com and www.knowledgebase.ai websites. The revenues generated by the particular clients differ depending on the selected subscription plan and number of stations purchased by the client. The intent of the Management Board is to report the achievement of significant milestones by the individual products in separate current reports.
