LiveChat, a provider of software solutions for managing business communication, now allows business owners to use chats as a new channel in their customers’ acquisition strategy. The integration, built by LiveChat, allows connecting the chat app with Mailchimp, the all-in-one marketing platform for growing businesses. Companies can strengthen their marketing strategy by adding new options to subscribe to various newsletters for their customers within support chats and conveniently manage the contacts within their audience in Mailchimp.
Consolidated revenues of the LiveChat Software Group amounted to PLN 48.9 million in the first quarter of the financial year 2021/22 (started on April, 1), which means an increase of 17.5% per annum. Operating profit increased in this period by 8.7% to PLN 28.1 million, and EBITDA by 10.4% to PLN 31.0 million. In April-June, the Group’s net profitwas PLN 26.6 million against PLN 20.8 million reported in the previous year.

On June 28, 2021, the Supervisory Board adopted the “Diversity Policy for the ManagementBoard of LiveChat Software”. LiveChat Software has started another financial year - withan increase in the ARPU and the number of customers of its main products in Q1 2021/2022. As a result, the Group’s consolidated revenues increased by 25.2% year-on-year, according to preliminary estimates. The Company estimates that in the period April - June 2021it had revenues of USD 13.02 mn compared to USD 12.66 mn in the previous three months and USD 10.36 mn in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
LiveChat Software has announced new accessibility features in its Chat Widget. The updates ensure that the chat section is keyboard accessible and text-to-speech reader-friendly. In addition, all default color settings that users can choose for the chat have a contrast score of 4.5 or higher. This means it’s now fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 levels A & AA. LiveChat Software’s consolidated net profit increased in the financial year 2020/21 (ended on March 31) by 31.6% to PLN 100.16 mn. In this period, the Group generated PLN 179.01 mn of revenues, which means an increase by 36.8% y/y. “In March, our recurring monthly revenues (MRR) exceeded USD 12 million. At the moment, the annual value of our subscription revenues (Annual Run Rate - ARR) exceeds USD 50 million. During the global pandemic, our solutions have helped many companies to continue their business, communicate with clients or switch to remote work.

In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2020/21, LiveChat Software again recorded an increase in the ARPU and the number of customers of its main products. As a result, the Group’s consolidated revenues increased by nearly 40% year-on-year, according to the preliminary estimates. “Crossing another barrier, now USD 4 million MRR, makes us of course happy. In the third quarter of its financial year, LiveChat Software recorded PLN 46.2 million in revenues and PLN 30.4 million in EBITDA profit - this is an increase of 42.8% and 43.6%, respectively, compared with the results recorded a year ago. The net profit amounted to PLN 26.2 million compared to PLN 15.8 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, and this result was influenced by the recognition of the IP Box tax relief.
