Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it received on 5 September a notification of a transaction made by a person closely related to a person holding managerial responsibilities. The notification has been prepared on the basis of Art. 19 of the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission’s Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and is attached to this current report. According to that notification NAPOLEON FIZ, entity closely associated with mr Andrzej Rozycki, member of Supervisory Board, sold 69,294 company's shares at price of 55.97 per one share.
