The Management Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“the Company”) announces that on 14 June 2017, the Board adopted a resolution on the proposal for allocation of net profit for the financial year ended 31 March 2017. According to the adopted resolution, the Board recommends to the General Meeting the distribution of separate profit of LiveChat Software SA, which amounted to PLN 42,724,723.86 in the financial year ended 31 March 2017, in such a way that:
36,307,5000.00 PLN – will be allocated for dividend; 6,417,223.86PLN – will be allocated to reserve capital. This means that the dividend per share will amount to 1.41 PLN.
