Preliminary estimated revenue for Q1 2020/21 FY

Management Board of LiveChat Software SA informs that the estimated consolidated sales revenues of the LiveChat Software Capital Group in April - June 2020 (Q1 of financial year 2020/21) amounted to USD10 358 268and were 31.3% higher than those achieved in Q1 of the previous fiscal year.

In the same period of the previous year (April - June 2019), consolidated revenues amounted to USD7 888 112 USD.

In the period January - March 2020 (fourth quarter of the financial year 2019/20), consolidated revenues amounted to USD9 073 430 USD.

The most important trends that influenced the achieved result are:

  • ARPU increase (average monthly revenue per subscriber) of LiveChat and ChatBot products on an annual basis and as compared to the previous quarter.
  • A significant increase in the number of customers of LiveChat and ChatBot.
  • Churn decrease in May and June compared to levels recorded in March and April.

The Company indicates that its offer is addressed to business clients via websites, including www.livechat.com, www.chatbot.com, www.helpdesk.com, www.knowledgebase.ai.

The Management Board emphasizes that the presented data are estimates and preliminary. Therefore, they may ultimately differ from those shown in the periodic report. Because the Company generates the vast majority of revenues in the US dollar (USD), the USD / PLN exchange rate has a significant impact on the results presented in the periodic reports.
