The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software SA in Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that on 27 June 2017 it became aware of the adoption by the Supervisory Board of a decision, according to which it positively recommended to the General Meeting convened on 17 July 2017 the adoption of the Management Board’s proposal on the distribution of profit for the financial year 2016/2017.
According to the adopted resolution, the Board will recommend to the General Assembly the division of the unit profit of LiveChat Software SA, which in the financial year ended 31 March 2017 amounted to PLN 42,724,723.86: PLN 36,307,500.00 - will be allocated for dividend;
PLN 6,417,223.86 - will be allocated to reserve capital.
This means that the dividend per share will amount to PLN 1.41.
