Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company) informs that it received on August 30, 2018 a notification of a transaction made by person closely associated with Mr Marcin Mańdziak – member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The notification has been prepared on the basis of Art. 19 of the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR).
