Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it received on 14 September a notification of a transaction made by mr Maciej Jarzebowski - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
According to the notification mr Maciej Jarzebowski purchased 10.000 company’s shares at price of PLN 45.00 per one share.
The notification has been prepared on the basis of Art. 19 of the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission’s Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
