The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A. ("Company") informs that on August 14, 2018, the subsidiary of the Issuer, LiveChat, Inc. ("Buyer"), entered into a contract and completed the purchase transaction of the helpdesk.com domain ("Domain").
The purchase of the Domain is a consequence of the implementation of activities related to the expansion of the Company's product offer. The company plans to start working on launching a new product in the area of communication with a client. In the opinion of the Management Board, the actions taken are in line with the strategy realized by the Company and, in the long term, will translate into an increase in the number of the Company's clients.
