A drop of the involvement below the 5% threshold at the General Meeting

The Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that on 26 January 2017, it received information from Tar Heel Capital OS (THC). According to notification THC OS reduced its involvement below the 5% threshold of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer. The information was submitted in connection with Art. 69 of the Act as of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies. The drop of the involvement below the 5% threshold was a result of sale of shares of the company on 20 January 2017. According to the notification, immediately before the change in shareholding, THC OS held 1,555,366 shares, representing 6.04% of share capital and entitling to 1,555,366 votes at the General Meeting. Currently THC OS holds 1,000,000 shares, representing 3.88% of share capital and entitling to 1,000,000 votes at the General Meeting. Notification is attached to this current report Notification
