Pursuant to § 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing as equivalent the information required by the provisions of law of a non-EU state (“Regulation”), the Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (“Company”) hereby publishes dates of publication of interim reports in the operating year 2015/16 (1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016).
- Interim reports for the fiscal year 2014/2015
- Individual and consolidated annual report for 2014/2015 – 18 June 2015
The Management Board hereby informs that according to § 102 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014/15.
- Interim reports for the operating year 2015/16:
- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter 2015/16 – 13 August 2015
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the first semester of 2015/16 – 26 November 2015
- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter 2015/16 – 11 February 2016
At the same time, the Management Board informs that according to § 101(2) of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015/16. Furthermore, according to § 83(2) and (3) of the Regulation, the Company informs that the quarterly and semi-annual reports shall include quarterly and semi-annual individual financial statements.
Thus, the Company shall not publish any separate individual quarterly reports and a separate individual semi-annual report.
