The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software SA (the “Company”) announces that on August 7, 2018 the Annual General Meeting decided on the distribution of profit for the year ended 31 March 2018.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting the separate net profit of LIVECHAT Software SA, which in the financial year ended March 31, 2018 amounted to PLN 48,073,333.49, is divided in such a way that:
- PLN 36 307 500.00 – was allocated for dividend;
- PLN 6 417 223.86 – was allocated to reserve capital.
The right to the dividend falls on 25,750,000 shares of the Company. This means that the dividend per share will amount to PLN 1.77. The dividend day was set for August 14, 2018 and the payment date on August 21, 2018.
