Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it received on 13 February notification from Shareholders: Mariusz Cieply, Jakub Sitarz, Maciej Jarzebowski (“Shareholders”). According to the notications Shareholders began procedure Accelerated Bookbuilding (ABB Procedure), the aim of which is sale of 1,033,523 shares of Company, which represent 4% of votes at General Meeting. Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. is investment company responsible for carrying out the Procedure.
Procedure ABB will begin immediately after the publication of this report.
Each of the Shareholders separately and in respect to its shares, reserves the right to change the terms of ABB Procedure, including termination or cancellation of Procedure ABB, change of timing of ABB Procedure and number of shares offered.
