The Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that on 9 October 2015, it received information from MetLife PTE SA, under which MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny reduced its involvement below the 5% threshold of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
The information was submitted in connection with Art. 69 of the Act as of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies.
The drop of the involvement below the 5% threshold was a result of sale of shares of the company on 5 October 2015. According to the notification, immediately before the change in shareholding, MetLife OFE held 1,342,729 shares, representing 5.21% of share capital and entitling to 1,342,729 votes at the General Meeting.
Currently MetLife OFE holds 1,242,729 shares, representing 4.83% of share capital and entitling to 1,242,729 votes at the General Meeting.
