The Management Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“the Company”) announces that on 20 June 2016, the Board adopted a resolution on the proposal for allocation of net profit for the financial year ended 31 March 2016. According to the adopted resolution, the Board recommends to the General Meeting the distribution of separate profit of LiveChat Software SA, which amounted to PLN 27,916,025.35 in the financial year ended 31 March 2016, in such a way that:
- 27,810,000.00 – will be allocated for dividend;
- 106,025.35 PLN – will be allocated to reserve capital.
This means that the dividend per share will amount to 1.08 PLN. The recommendation is consistent with the Company’s dividend policy assuming that the entire profit of the Company is allocated for payment of dividend under the condition that there is no investment projects that will provide Shareholders with a higher growth rate.
