Number of clients using LiveChat solution rose by 362 during November to the 17,771. Among them are companies, universities, offices and other institutions from over 140 countries. During 12 months, the number of LiveChat Customers rose by ca 35%. The number of customers has direct bearing on the financial results LiveChat Software. Company reported a net profit of PLN 28.07 mn vs PLN 18.56 mn in the previous year. Consolidated revenues rose by 60.5% to PLN 53.03 mn, while EBIT increased by 50.7% to PLN 34.9 mn and EBITDA by 50.5% to PLN 36.6 mn. LiveChat Software reported also net profit rise by 48.1% in the H1 2016FY (April 1st – September 30th). Company reported a net profit of PLN 18.83 mn vs PLN 12.71 mn in the previous year. Consolidated revenues rose by 45.9% to PLN 34.55 mn, while EBIT increased by 48.5% to PLN 23.41 mn and EBITDA by 48.0% to PLN 24.16 mn. LiveChat Software is listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Company is one of the three world’s largest “live chat for business” software vendors. Companies and institutions use LiveChat solution for the direct contact with people visiting their websites, including sales support. The solution offers various tools that allow for the site traffic analysis to check customer behaviour and quality of work. LiveChat Software offers its solution in a SaaS model (Software as a Service). It is a global company focused on the US market, the Polish market producing only a few per cent of sales. As the regular customers, company can include small on-line stores and big global brands such as Orange, Play, Adobe, Samsung, Tele2, Kaspersky Lab, Pizza Hut and Air Asia. The LiveChat solution is also used by universities or public institutions, such as the US Department of State.
