Number of LiveChat Software’s clients rose by 335 net in March

The number of clients using LiveChat solution rose by 335 during March to the 26,714. Among them are companies, universities, offices, and other institutions from ca 150 countries.

For 12 months, the number of LiveChat Customers rose by 11%. The number of customers has a direct bearing on the financial results of LiveChat Software. Companies and institutions use LiveChat solution for direct contact with people visiting their websites, including sales support.

The solution offers various tools that allow for the site traffic analysis to check customer behavior and quality of work. LiveChat Software offers its solution in a SaaS model (Software as a Service). The solutions of the company are used by clients from all industries, with the largest number of companies from such industries as IT, education, retail, entertainment, and marketing.
