ChatBot, a solution offered by LiveChat Software, is now used by over one thousand clients. These include, for instance, KPMG, Kayak, UEFA, Zain, HTC or Philip Morris.
“It is a historic moment to see our second product used by over one thousand paying clients. This proves that we are not a one-product company. ChatBot will continue to develop and grow. We believe that we can repeat the success of LiveChat” – said the President of the company, Mariusz Ciepły.
Although ChatBot is just two years old (it started out under the name BotEngine), it began to grow dynamically in 2019, when the number of clients using this solution almost tripled.
It should be noted that ChatBot is solution that has been developed from scratch by our in-house team at LiveChat Software.

ChatBot is continuously expanded, e.g., with new integrations or pre-defined scenarios for the individual industries. In the last few weeks, a new subscription plan has been added to cater to the needs of the most demanding enterprise-class clients.
ChatBot is a product that can create chatbots to handle various business scenarios. Its primary function is to automate the communication of companies and improve the efficiency of customer service teams by answering standard customer enquiries. The solution placed on the market is aligned with the Company’s strategy of developing its portfolio of products used for text communication with customers. It also responds to the current trend towards automation of communication using AI mechanisms.
ChatBot can be integrated not only with LiveChat but also with, e.g., Facebook Messenger, Slack, Zapier and websites using the Wordpress platform. It can also be simply embedded in the website as a tool for automatic customer service.
