LiveChat Software’s estimated consolidated revenues in the fourth quarter of 2021/22 financial year (January - March 2022) amounted to USD 14.61 mn. In the same period of the previous year (January - March 2021) the consolidated revenues amounted to USD 12.66 mn and in the period October - December 2021 (Q3 of 2021/22 financial year) the consolidated revenues amounted to USD13.92mn. The increase in revenues compared to the previous year results from both the increase in the number of clients of all the Group’s solutions and the higher ARPU (average revenue per client).

The LiveChat Software team decided to support humanitarian aid for the victims of aggression in Ukraine. The amount of PLN 1 million will be transferred to the Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH), which has been operating in Ukraine since 2014.
In the first three quarters of the current financial year, LiveChat Software generated revenues of PLN 160.7M, and net profit for that period stood at PLN 88.7M. This translates to an increase of 22.7% and 22.1% on an annual basis. In the third quarter only, revenues increased by 21.4% to PLN 56.1M and net profit by 12.3% to PLN 29.4M. The financial year at LiveChat Software starts on April 1 and ends on March 31.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted LiveChat Software patent protection for giving an agent the possibility to “sneak peek” message content while the customer is still drafting the message. It is the second patent registered in the US. The patented technology significantly improves the speed and quality of customer service. Agents using LiveChat solutions now have more time to learn about their customers’ problems and can reply faster.
